    Koganei Seiki Co., Ltd. was founded, and the company started airplane part manufacturing for Tachikawa Aircraft Co..
  • October 1951
    Koganei started manufacturing of insulators as a subcontract factory for Toshiba Electric’s Fuchu Factory.
  • December 1954
    Koganei was reorganized into a stock company.
    Company’s capital increased to 1,000,000 yen.
  • July 1955
    Koganei started of manufacturing the parts of Honda Motor Co., Ltd.’s two-wheeled vehicles.
  • January 1970
    Company’s capital increased to 4,000,000 yen.
  • December 1970
    Company’s capital increased to 8,000,000 yen.
  • March 1973
    Koganei established Maebashi factory at 2081 Yamakoda, Shinto-mura Kitagunma-gun, Gunma Prefecture, and started mass-production.
  • December 1973
    Company’s capital increased to 16,000,000 yen.
  • February 1975
    Company’s capital increased to 32,000,000 yen.
  • April 1975
    Koganei started machining jet engine parts for Ishikawajima Harima Heavy Industries Tanashi factory.

    KYB Co., Ltd. Accepted an order of aircraft hydraulic parts and brake parts for Sagami Factory.
  • November 1977
    Company’s capital increased to 48,000,000 yen.
  • August 1978
    Company’s capital increased to 80,000,000 yen.
  • November 1980
    Machining jet engine parts machining for Rolls-Royce (via Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries Co., Ltd.).
  • March 1990
    Koganei fully renovated the former Kokubunji main office and factory.
  • May 1995
    Accepted an order of Ilmor (Mercedes-Benz) F1 parts.
  • June 1998
    Accepted an order of BMW F1 parts.
  • December 1998
    Maebashi fifth factory starts its operation.
  • December 1999
    Accepted an order of Audi prototype parts.

    Accepted an order of semiconductor production equipment parts.

    Koganei transferred the main office and factory to Iruma, Saitama Prefecture.
